Who runs this site
creekharbourvaluation.com is run by Marcus Page, a RERA-registered property agent (BRN 87026) in Dubai. If you have any question about your data, email marcuspage@awh-legacy.com or message +971 52 140 8792 on WhatsApp.
What I collect
- The details you type into a form: your name, email address and mobile number.
- The property details you give: building, unit type, size and anything else you add, such as floor, view or condition.
- Whether you're happy to be contacted, and the estimate the page showed you.
The site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when the page loads.
How I use it
- To send you your valuation or rental report, usually on WhatsApp.
- If you ticked the contact box, to get in touch about your property, for example to discuss selling or renting it.
- If you unticked it, only to send the report you asked for.
I don't sell your details, and I don't share them with other agents or marketing companies.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are received and stored by Netlify, the company that hosts this site, and a copy is emailed to me. Netlify stores data on servers outside the UAE. If you continue the conversation on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own privacy terms apply to those messages.
How long I keep it
I keep your details for as long as they're useful for the enquiry you made, and no longer than 24 months unless we're actively working together. You can ask me to delete them sooner at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see the details I hold about you, correct them, or have them deleted. You can also ask me to stop contacting you at any time. Just email or WhatsApp me using the details above.
About the figures
Valuations and rents on this site are an indicative guide based on registered transactions, via DXB Interact. They are not a formal valuation.
